Impact Group were selected to take part in the refurbishment of the workshop, just one of the several buildings located within the new Breakfast Point development. This involved removal of existing lead paint using abrasive blasting in preparation for new and exciting residential apartments.

To remove the lead paint from this heritage building while providing protection to the surrounding environment from lead contamination.

The building was scaffolded and encapsulated to protect the surrounding environment from contamination. Mobile dust extraction systems
